Story
On August 22nd 2026, members of the Equator UK team – Russ, Justin, Ric, Annie, Harriet (and hopefully Nick!) – will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Leeds PFC's First Team.
This challenge is one that's close to our hearts.
Our Global Operations Director, Russ Rigby, is also First Team Coach at Leeds PFC. Through Russ, we've had the privilege of getting to know an incredible club whose determination, professionalism and team spirit embody so much of what we value at Equator.
Following the most successful season in the club's history, where Leeds PFC lifted both the National Premiership title and the EE Disability FA Cup, we're hoping to give something back.
Every training session, away fixture and competition weekend comes with significant costs. The money raised through this challenge will help support the First Team with essential participation costs, including travel and accommodation, giving them the best possible chance to defend their titles next season.
So, we're swapping our desks for hiking boots and taking on 24 miles, three peaks and over 5,000 feet of climbing to help keep the champions moving forward.
If you're able to support us, we'd be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Leeds PFC continue competing at the highest level and inspire even more people through the power of sport.
All donations are received and managed by Leeds Powerchair FC's registered charity and overseen by its Board of Trustees, ensuring every contribution is administered responsibly.
Thank you for your support – it really does make a difference.
