On August 22nd 2026, colleagues from Equator's UK studios will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Leeds Powerchair FC's First Team.

Our Global Operations Director, Russ Rigby, is also First Team Coach at Leeds Powerchair FC. Through Russ, we've had the privilege of getting to know an incredible club built on resilience and teamwork!

Leeds Powerchair FC has just enjoyed the most successful season in its history, lifting both the National Premiership title and the EE Disability FA Cup. It's an extraordinary achievement, but success at this level doesn't happen without support.

Every training session, away fixture and competition weekend comes with significant costs. This fundraiser will help cover essential participation expenses, including travel and accommodation, giving the First Team the best possible chance to defend their titles next season.

So we're swapping our Macs for walking boots and taking on 24 miles, three peaks and over 5,000 feet of climbing to help keep the champions moving forward.
