Story
500 Miles. 32,000 Feet of Climbing. 3 Days.
From 18th–20th September 2026, team Equipe Ludanauts is taking on the Extra Mile 2026 Challenge—an intense relay ride spanning three countries: France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Our team of Rotarians and friends—Alan, Ian, and Calum—will keep the wheels turning almost non-stop across gruelling terrain. With our fourth rider, Joe, unable to join us this year, the three of us are stepping up to take on the extra miles, tougher shifts, and endless climbs to pull this off together.
Why We’re Pedalling
We are riding to raise crucial funds for two incredible causes:
Lincolnshire Rural Support Network (LRSN): 75% of funds raised go directly to LRSN, a local charity providing vital, confidential 1-to-1 mental health, personal, and business support to agricultural and farming communities in Lincolnshire through their daily helpline and dedicated volunteers.
Club Peloton: 25% will support Club Peloton’s projects, helping transform the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
How You Can Help
Every mile we tackle will push our endurance, but knowing we’re making a real difference in our local community will keep us going.
Whether large or small, every donation directly turns our pedal power into meaningful support for people in need. Please donate today and help us reach our target!
Over three days, we’ll work together to keep the wheels turning almost continuously, with each rider cycling around 40–45 miles per day in manageable stints. It will be a demanding test of teamwork, endurance and determination, but we’re excited to take on the challenge.
