Walk for Hope 2024
Campaign by PSPA (RCN 1037087 (England & Wales), SC041199 (Scotland))
Help improve diagnosis for the 10,000 people living with PSP & CBD in the UK. Set up and host a Walk for Hope during summer 2024 to mark PSPA’s 30th Anniversary. Our Walk for Hope is an amazing fundraising and awareness opportunity.

Story

My mum suffered from a rare condition called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, PSP for short. This condition is very rare and difficult to diagnose and at present there isn't a cure, which makes the diagnoses even harder to deal with.

The PSP Association is the only charity in the UK dedicated to creating a better future for everyone who is affected by this condition. I’ve been supporting the PSPA for over 10 years, by raising funds and awareness.

This year, PSPA turns 30. This milestone year is an opportunity to mark their achievements and a new fundraising campaign has been launched called – 30 for 30.

Once again in memory of my beautiful mum 💜 I will be raising much needed funds and supporting the campaign with my unique 30 for 30 challenges. I will be making a personal pledge for each challenge. I would be very grateful if you could contribute to help me increase my pledge for each challenge.

Here's a list of my challenges:

➡️ 30K in 3 Days (June)

➡️ 30,000 Steps per week for 1 month (July)

➡️ 30 Workouts in 30 days (August)

➡️ Virtual Challenge - Chilkoot Trail 33 miles in 10 days (Sept)

➡️ 30 Social Media posts to create awareness

Once again thank you so much for your ongoing support, it really makes a difference 💜
