As someone who’s experienced homelessness, I understand firsthand the daily struggles faced by those without a safe and secure place to call home.

At CUPS, they provide fully integrated care to vulnerable populations in Calgary. Integrated care is designed to ensure a client has all the services they need in place, to build resilience and reach their own individual level of success. They focus on 4 main supports, health services, developmental, economic and social/emotional.

They utilize their Integrated Care Tool to get a complete picture of a person’s current circumstances. This helps guide them to work alongside their clients to create care plans that are tailored to their needs and goals.
