I have been inspired by fellow students to travel to Romania and volunteer with the charity 'Children in distress'.

We will be travelling to Bucharest to engage with the children alongside charity workers. As the children face many challenges within their lives we hope to help as best we can during our time here. Alongside this we will travel to Curtea de Arges to connect with children who have scholarships through the charity.

Volunteering is something I hold close to my heart and has changed my life massively for the better. I see this trip as an opportunity to help others and to truly make a difference.
