As a florist, I have had the pleasure and the privilege of sharing my passion for floristry with some amazing, brave women in the Strength & Stem programme.

Strength & Stem is a charity and social enterprise that uses floristry to empower female modern slavery survivors.

Modern slavery is a hidden yet pervasive crime in which individuals are exploited by others for personal or commercial gain. It takes many forms, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, domestic servitude, and forced labour. Survivors living in the UK continue to face significant barriers to recovery and reintegration. My employer, Lavender Green Flowers proudly supports Strength & Stem’s work, helping contribute to the personal growth women can achieve using the therapeutic benefit of floristry.

Strength and Stem’s dedication to help women survivors experience true restoration and empowerment has deeply inspired me. I will be running the London Marathon on April 26th for this amazing Charity. Please support me and donate!
