Awe, the emotion we feel when we encounter something grand or magnificent, doesn't get enough attention. Experiencing awe is good for us, increasing our sense of connection, our humility, our generosity, and more. (See this article for more on why we should all strive to experience awe more often.)

I am so grateful to be here at Ghost Ranch, a place that inspires awe in me and in so many others. Being surrounded by rock formations that tell the story of eons. Admiring the tenacity of desert life. Watching the clouds and light endlessly change. Meeting fellow travelers and seekers from so many backgrounds. Like many, I feel my soul healing here.
