I am taking part in the University College Cork's challenge of trekking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro with Choose a Challenge, in support of Street Child.

It will be a demanding journey, but also an incredible opportunity to experience the challenge of high-altitude trekking and working together, with my fellow students, towards something truly meaningful.

Street Child is an international children's education charity active across more than 20 of the most low-income and disaster struck countries with a purpose to breakdown all the barriers that prevent a child from being safe, in school and learning.
