Story

Myself and my Nan, Sara, are taking part in the Snowdon at Night trek on the 6th of June to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. They target what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.

A message from Sara:

'The main reason for doing this ,is the loss of a very dear colleague and friend Treena who left us on the 10th of December 2024, far too soon! She fought ovarian cancer for two years with dignity and humour. She was only 54.... Also my mum, Maureen Bentinck, who we lost to ovarian cancer. She also left us too soon and was only 56... Two beautiful human beings...Gone but will never be forgotten......'

Please take a look at our gallery to see a picture of beautiful Treena 💜

Our fundraising target is £1000, because this could fund two days of life-saving research.

Please support me in taking on this challenge, and together we’ll transform the future for everyone diagnosed with ovarian cancer! 💜
