To begin with, we sincerely appreciate your visit and support for our Breast Cancer Now fundraiser page.
“Breast Cancer Now's Wear It Pink Day is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK. Taking place in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, thousands of amazing people will wear it pink in their communities, schools or workplaces, to help make life-changing breast cancer research and support happen."
As a team, we offer patient-centred Breast MRI scans to persons diagnosed with breast cancer as well as for high-risk breast cancer screening. At Alliance Medical Turner Diagnostic MRI Centre we have seen a marked increase in our scan numbers, which reflects the general trend in breast cancer care.
With this in mind, our journey to support #WearItPink 2024 was born out of a desire to play our part in enhancing the lived experience of persons within the Breast Cancer community.
While our small efforts may seem like a drop in a bucket, every drop eventually fills the bucket. And so, we look forward to your support through donations, likes or shares that may enhance the lovely job that Breast Cancer Now is doing.
