In memory of Clare Hanrahan

10 hour Sponsored Walk on Clapham Common · 29 June 2026

The North Staffs Asperger/Autism Association, registered charity number 1109817, was established in 2002. Primarily, the NSAAA provides support, help and advice to individuals with an Autistic Spectrum Condition, their parents and carers. We endeavour to raise awareness in the community in a variety of ways. We have a help line, library facilities and various groups and activities throughout the month.

Story

To celebrate the life of our colleague Clare Hanrahan, who sadly passed away earlier this year, we will be completing a 10-hour walk on Clapham Common to raise money for her favourite charity.

Staff and students from Lambeth College will walk laps of Clapham Common for 10 hours in memory of Clare. Participants can walk for the full 10 hours, or whatever they can manage!

The walk will take place on June 29th between 09.00 and 19.00.

We hope to raise £1500 so the North Staffs Asperger Autism Association can continue their fantastic work.
