Care for the Carers supports unpaid carers of all ages in East Sussex, including Young Carers (5-17 years) and Young Adult Carers (17-25 years). There are around 15,000 young carers living across East Sussex who help look after a family member or friend who is ill, disabled or misuses drugs or alcohol.
