Welcome to the AFU fundraiser, please help our team, reach our target!

A number of dedicated & enthusiastic staff from the Acute Frailty Unit, Withybush Hospital are taking part in Haverfordwest 5km parkrun - The parkrun event will take place @ Haverfordwest Cricket Club, Saturday 31st August 8:30, run/walk start 9am.

Our aim - to raise funds for our newly established Frailty Unit.

Monies raised will be used to purchase much needed specialist items & equipment for the vulnerable population of Pembrokeshire, accessing the Unit 24/7.

We welcome & encourage everyone to come & join us, either by walking, lacing up & running, or just to cheer us on!

A variety of refreshments, cakes & fruit will be available at the finish line, all proceeds will go towards our fundraising target.

Although, any donations will be greatly appreciated.
