On Saturday the 12th July is the Annual Spinners Arms charity 25 mile bike ride in aid of CRUK. Ethan and I will be cycling along with approx 50 other people and over the years this event has raised over £100,000. The day holds a special place for us having lost friends and family over the years, including my dad/grandad, Chris Clode. Our dear friend Paul Reay and most recently our sister/auntie Kate Clode.

We're back again raising money for Cancer Research UK, a cause close to the hearts of many of our regulars - we've been doing an annual bike ride since 2008 from our small village pub and have raised over £100,000 since we started.
