Hi I'm Ethan, and I am running the Manchester marathon on the 19th of April in support for Charley's More Than Muscle.

Charley's More Than Muscle is a foundation set up to help fund research into limb Girdle muscular dystrophy (LGMD)

LGMD is a muscle condition which causes progressive muscle weakness making it harder for those diagnosed to perform ordinary, daily tasks such ad walking without support or getting up from sitting.

I am running the Manchester marathon for Charley's More Than Muscles as she is the sister of a close friend of mine. The aim of this fundraising is to raise awareness about LGMD and to raise money which will go into research which will help understand the progression of LGMD, ways to help people live with LGMD and treatments for it
