Story
My 15 year old son is going completely out of his comfort zone and abseiling 154ft down Southend Hospital to raise money for The Phoenix Ward (the children's ward) at Broomfield Hospital.
His best friend, Finley, has a rare condition that means he cannot eat and must receive nutrients via an infusion into his heart twice a week.
His condition is so rare that specialists have not found another person in the world with the same diagnosis.
Finley has been cared for by Broomfield Hospital's Phoenix Children's Ward since he was seven days old.
Ethan is doing this as a thank you and to raise as much money as he can, for what they do for his best friend.
Thank you all for reading and any donations are very much appreciated 😊😊😊
