Story
A team from ETS Cable Components will be running the Kingston Half marathon on the 5th of October to raise funds for the Princess Alice Hospice. This cause is deeply meaningful to us as this hospice provided exceptional care and support to our friend and colleague, Nick Timms during his final weeks. The compassion, dignity, and comfort they provided during such a difficult time left a lasting impression on all of us.
Princess Alice Hospice is a community response charity founded 40 years ago. Then and now, they remain committed to delivering outstanding care for patients and their families – both in the community and at the Hospice.
Hospices rely heavily on charitable donations to continue their vital work, providing specialist care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We know that Princess Alice touches many lives in our community, and we'd be grateful for your support in helping us give back to them.
We're hoping to raise £3,000 as a team. Several of us are signed up to run, and we're all committed to completing the 13.1 miles in memory of Nick Timms and in support of the incredible work the hospice does.
Your support would mean a great deal to our team and would help ensure that Princess Alice Hospice can continue providing their compassionate care to other families when they need it most.
