BEST FOOD FORWARD FOR NKF

As a stage 5 CKD patient, being prepared for dialysis, I find this great charity - that is run for patients by patients - very helpful indeed. That's why I chose, as my birthday fundraiser, to raise as much funds as I can ,so that the charity will continue to support 3.5 million people with Chronic Kidney Disease and 70,951 patients (like myself), who have end stage kidney failure. The charity also supports Dialysis and transplanted patients and their carers.
