With months of uncertainty about injuries and reduced training I have finally been given the green light to run a marathon….or two.

This April, starting from tomorrow (14th April) I will be embarking on the challenge of running back to back marathons. Making a marathon debut in Manchester, with the second taking place two weeks later in Norfolk.

I am running these marathons in loving memory of my best friend Reuben, who tragically lost his life to battling mental health three years ago. No one should suffer in silence, and I believe that by opening up conversations and providing support, we can make a difference. Every step I take in this run is dedicated to his memory and to all those who are battling with mental health challenges.
