Please join us for the ESPE 5K Charity Fun Run on Saturday 16 November. We will start at 06:00am at the entrance to the ACC with the aim to leave time so people can get ready for the rest of the ESPE 2024 Meeting.

Please be advised to wear bright colours/fluorescent vests as sunrise in Liverpool is not until 07:45am. We will wait for traffic lights and run in groups as this is not a race.
