Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance is Scotland’s only charity-funded air ambulance service. We rely on public support to keep flying and responding to time-critical emergencies wherever they occur in Scotland. No one in Scotland should die because help can't get there in time. A group of us from work are doing ‘the deadly mile’ which consists of 400 metres of lunges, 400 metres of burpee broad jumps, 400 metres of bear crawl and finally 400 metres of running.

My auntie Lisa used to do charity events for the Scottish air ambulance before she passed away and now even has her name on one of the helicopters! so this is extremely meaningful to me. Every bit of help and support is appreciated!!!
