We are a group of staff from Inveralmond Community High School taking part in the Edinburgh 5k Inflatable Run to raise money for local charity Neil's Hugs.

In the UK, men are three times as likely to die by suicide than women.

Neil's Hugs support those affected by suicide and poor mental health across West Lothian and Clackmannanshire. They offer support groups and are also available for one-to-one chats over the phone and in person. They can help support and signpost you to relevant services, if required.

All of their support groups are safe and confidential spaces for people who are struggling and feel they need some support. They offer a safe space to listen, talk, and have a cuppa. No appointment needed.

*If you are suicidal or know someone who is, please get in touch so that they can signpost you to the correct help.

No one should ever feel that suicide is their only option.
