My name is Evan Davies. I've been running for quite a few years, but the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k 2025 is my first time taking part in an organised event.

Age UK do a brilliant job of assisting and supporting a vulnerable part of the population and I thought it'd be amazing to be able to raise a couple of hundred quid towards their cause so they can be there for older people with essential advice, support and friendship services when they're needed most.

Please donate to my page and the funds will help with Age UK's mission to ensure that every older person has someone to turn to, whether that is answering calls to their advice line, campaigning harder for older people's rights and fair treatment or providing regular friendship calls to people who are lonely.
