Greyhound Rescue Wales does great work in saving greyhounds and lurchers. And these beautiful and sensitive dogs need all the help they can get.

I am 72 soon (gulp!) so I want to celebrate by running a kilometre for each year (gulp again!). I hope you will sponsor me and raise money for Greyhound Rescue Wales. Every little bit helps - 'each pound raised helps save a hound'.
