Last year my dad was admitted to Stoke Hospital following a cardiac arrest at home. My dad was without oxygen for almost 15 minutes and thanks to his amazing partner Trisha who delivered life saving CPR, he survived and was admitted to hospital after being placed into an induced coma. He spent months in critical care being treated by the fabulous staff during his recovery. I spent numerous days and weeks at the hospital with the rest of my family and I’m honoured to do something to support them after all they have done for my dad and us.
