All of those laps round Hillsborough Forrest will hopefully help me on my commute from my house to work in Karibu Coffee Hillsborough! the distance is just under 6 miles and I hope to complete it on all the back roads between Dromore and Hillsborough.

Please consider Donating, all the money raised will go to Actions Not Words who are a charity registered in Northern Ireland but active in Kenya. Actions Not Words focus on helping under privileged children and families who are facing daily hardship just to exist. A lot of our families live on a dumpsite and survive on a tiny income generated by collection rubbish plastic and metal and selling on to recyclers.

I am, going to Kenya on a team this summer and hope to help the charity with kids camps and family support donations.
