I’m taking part in an abseil down the Spinnaker Tower with my university dance society to raise money for Portsmouth Hospital Charities, specifically the Dementia Fund.

I am doing this in memory of my Nana, who sadly passed away in November after suffering from Alzheimer’s Dementia.

Watching someone you love lose parts of themselves is heartbreaking, and Alzheimer’s is one of the cruelest diseases that affects not just those diagnosed but their families too. My Nana has always been one of my biggest supporters and this cause is very close to my heart, and any donations anyone is able to give would mean a lot to me. Thank you for helping me make my Nana proud.
