Climbing the height of Everest in Scotland

The Fundo Foundation provides for the material and educational needs for young people in Fundo and Ma'di Okollo District in a remote area of Uganda. We supply day-to-day learning resources and nutrition for Fundo Primary School, as well as sponsoring children to be able to go to secondary school.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to donate to The Fundo Foundation which supports Fundo school and its local community locate in rural on North West Uganda. To find out more about the charity please visit their website (link below).

I am raising money for the school to fund the project of building water tanks at the school (which has already begun) so the school has enough water during the dry season. As well as this some of the money will go towards school equipment and hygiene supplies that are needed.

To raise this money I am attempting to climb the equivalent elevation of Mount Everest, which is 8,849m, whilst I am in Scotland through out the rest of May. To do this I will have to be regularly hiking throughout my time up there.

I will be keeping everything updated through my Instagram (below) on how much elevation I have climbed and how much is left.
