I am raising money for Amnesty International UK by taking part in the Everest Base Camp Challenge. I will be trekking to the iconic Everest Base Camp. This is a multi-day trek to significant altitude (5,645m above sea level.)

Your donations will help Amnesty International UK expose human rights abuses in the UK and all over the world and to campaign for freedom and justice.

I'm taking on this fundraising journey as a way to challenge myself both physically and mentally, all whilst raising money for a great cause. Throughout the year I'll be embarking on various physical challenges; as well as organising fundraising events such as pub quizzes, race nights and more!

To start my journey, I will be taking on the 30 day Murph Challenge - this involves a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and then another 1 mile run to finish off. I will complete this every day for 30 days.
