Story
We all know of someone who has suffered the loss of an unborn child through miscarriage and there is not a lot of support out there to help bereaved parents come to terms with this. Quite often these parents go on to suffer multiple losses and have very little places to turn for support.
In Hull there is a super charity "Chasing Rainbows".
The Hull Branch of Everyday Loans have put a five a side football team together to support this cause and compete against other local businesses in a five a side football competition on 7th November.
Chasing Rainbows was founded in May 2019 and became a registered charity in April 2020. The charity was founded by Samantha Catanach also known as The Crazy Fertility Queen.
Chasing Rainbows aim to make people feel comfortable talking about pregnancy loss and raise awareness to miscarriage and how common it is to make women feel less alone.
Chasing rainbows provide a vital service within the local community of Hull & The East Riding supporting women going through recurrent miscarriage and early pregnancy loss through access to peer support groups.
They are a small charity that do a lot for these parents and with your support we would love to raise £500 to help the cause.
The football team includes, Rob Croll, Will Murphy, Lewis Willott and Joe Acey from Hull; John Milburn and Athik Mojumdar from Scunthorpe; Jason Forster from Doncaster/Hull. Bailey Wood from Slough.
Thanks for your support
