On September 14th, 2025, I’m jumping from 15,000 feet to raise £5,000 for NDADA.

Every day, survivors of domestic abuse take a terrifying leap of faith. They leave behind everything—often with nothing but their children and the clothes on their backs—hoping someone will help them land safely.

At NDADA, we provide that safety net. From refuge accommodation and community support to counselling and help for children, we’re there for people rebuilding their lives after abuse.

This skydive is my way of honouring their courage. It’s scary—but nothing compared to the fear our clients face.

I’m taking the leap so others can too.
