Hi everyone!

I am going to be running 10K in July to raise funds for Alzheimer’s society.

Alzheimer’s society aims to create a world where friends and family struggling with dementia have the resources and advice they need to take care of a loved one who is affected.

This cause is close to my heart because i’ve seen it chip away at the personality of what you know a loved one to be. It not only devastates the individual but also tragically impacts all those around the disease. Husbands, wives, children and grandchildren.
