Op Iron Heart. Evolution's fundraiser for Red Sky Foundation.

Op Iron Heart · 23 August 2025
Believed to be a world-first, Evolution’s ‘Op Iron Heart’ is an Elite twist on the renowned National Three Peak Challenge.
Instead of 3 big mountains, Op Iron Heart will see hardy challengers Take on the gruelling P-Company 10 miler, a 10 mile off-roader which is the pinnacle of P-Coy training for those destined to earn the famous ‘maroon machine’.
Once complete in Catterick, North Yorkshire, the team will ‘bus-up’ bound for the Brecon Beacons in Wales to tread in the footsteps of every UK Special Forces hopeful as they clock up another 15 miles while summiting Pen y Fan not once but twice on the infamous ’Fan Dance’ route.
With the clock still ticking, the bus will head further south for Devon’s Royal Marine community where the team will attempt to make history by ‘Yomping’ out a final 30 mile stretch before the clock hits midnight!
Can it be done?
3 Elite Challenges, 55 miles on foot, 380 miles by road, one 24-hour Window. All for many precious hearts.
