In 2016, my sister Kay was diagnosed with ALK+ positive lung cancer. Kay lived for seven years with the disease, qualifying as a nurse after her diagnosis. After a courageous battle, Kay sadly died in 2023 aged just 24.

As an advocate of research, she inspired our charity Research ALKay+ve. We fund global research into this life-limiting cancer. All donations are appreciated - thank you!
