Myself and a group of colleagues are partaking in our annual bike ride to Skegness.

This time we are missing one of the finest men you could wish to meet. Our late great Rob Thomas.

Rob was an avid cyclist and had a passion for charity and making the most of every situation. Sadly Rob passed away in October but as a team we want to keep the memory of Rob alive and raise money for a charity close to his heart (British Heart Foundation.) Rob is missed each and every day by Rachael and Ruby and all of those who were lucky enough to know this incredibly kind hearted man.

Any amount big or small is welcome and appreciated and all proceeds are going to the fantastic work the people at BHF do on a day to day basis.

Nothing can bring back the man we once knew but I couldn't think of a better way to remember Rob and all of the things he did to not just help me but everybody around him
