Combining a desire to support a vital local charity and a willingness to put our staff in uncomfortable, insurance-necessitating situations, Extramile are braving a fundraising skydive for Katharine House!

This June, our Head of Search, Jene, and the MD herself, Amanda, will throw themselves out of a plane to raise money for a cause that is close to all of our hearts at Extramile.

Katharine House Hospice provides holistic care for people with life-limited conditions across mid-Staffordshire. Most of us are unfortunate enough to have lost someone we care about, and one thing we hope for is for those precious last moments to be safe, comfortable and happy. Katharine House’s at-home and in-patient care affords patients that right. Their services are free of charge, relying on the kindness and generosity of the local community for two-thirds of their funding.
