Finley had an absolute love for Halloween and would love this time of year 💚💚 As it approaches the two year mark since he passed away from T cell leukaemia, we want to honour him by raising money for a charity that has helped us so much…EACH children’s hospice.

EACH do so much to help families and ,for us, they have been truly amazing. From the moment we realised Finley’s treatment was not working as we had hoped, EACH stepped in and invited us to visit. They gave us a wonderful day to be together, they set up memory activities for us to complete and provided a safe space for Finley to run about and have fun and play like any 3 year old would. Prior to this he had been stuck in a hospital room for 6 weeks!

They also provided us with hospice nurses to help us to care for Finley when he was terminal, it allowed us to keep him at home where he was comfortable and also meant we could all be together.

The night Finley passed away, the hospice nurses were with us and we cannot thank them enough for helping guide us through that heartbreaking morning.

Even after Finley passed away they continued to help by providing a specialist bed so we were able stay with him for a couple more days. This allowed us time to start to process what had happened and meant we were not forced to say goodbye immediately. They have also been offering councelling support to us as a family since his passing
