Thank you so much for supporting our challenge in aid of The Talent Foundry.

I’ll be taking on this cycling challenge alongside three of my colleagues from Falcon Tower Cranes Chris Garton, Phil Dunham, and Phil Myles and together we’re proud to be raising money for such a meaningful cause.

This charity is one we care deeply about because of the incredible work they do to improve social mobility. The Talent Foundry helps young people from under-served backgrounds recognise their strengths, build valuable employment skills, and take those all-important first steps into the world of work.

Sadly, too many opportunities for young people are still influenced by circumstances beyond their control where they grow up, their family’s income, the school they attend, and the area they live in can all shape the futures available to them.
