Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.Suffering from mental health can be a struggle. And with the recent lockdowns this has pushed some to breaking point. I myself have lost someone close and i too suffer. No one should ever suffer in silence but the sigma surrounding mental health forces people (like myself) to suffer in silence, people do not understand what it is like suffering with mental health but because there is no real awareness, there is no talking about it, people are left to suffer. We all need to stand up for those who suffer (even if you do not suffer) and lets help to end this stigma and help better the lives of those who suffer. There are some amazing companies who are helping to end the stigma (But a big shout out to a company that i recently found while browsing tik-tok.
