I am delighted to announce after setting a blistering time in my inaugural marathon in 2023 I will once again be facing fabled footfall along the hallowed banks of the River Amstel with my participation in the 2024 Amsterdam Marathon. This years instalment will be to raising money for Kings Lynn's own Queen Elizabeth Hospital benefitting the fantastic Rudham Ward.

The Rudham ward is an Acute General Paediatric Ward supporting Children and young persons from 0 - 16. Its name is synonymous with Parents, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, brothers, sisters, Nieces and Nephews across North West Norfolk for making poorly children better. Including my own little nephew 3 year old Arthur. The maternal nature married with effortless professionalism of all staff on the ward is a credit to our whole community, and the funds raised will be used to better develop the often daunting experience of hospital admission for those visit (and hopefully a couple of quid for a box of chocolates in the staff room too!).
