This August, I’m walking 100km to raise awareness and funds for Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis, a cause deeply personal to me. I’m dedicating this effort to my mum, who we lost to Interstitial Lung Disease last October. My mum was the heart of our family, showing incredible strength and resilience even in her most challenging moments. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering courage touched everyone who knew her. I want to honour her memory by supporting those who are battling the same condition.

Pulmonary Fibrosis affects over 200,000 people in the UK, and Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis is dedicated to funding vital research to find better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
