Hi I’m setting myself a personal challenge to do 10000 steps a day for September for Invictus Wellbeing, a local mental health charity for young people. Mental health is something I’m really passionate about and something I have struggled with. I have been really fortunate to receive the mental health support that I have had but I know that many struggle to get the support they need, especially with long waiting lists, and that being a young person can be a really challenging time.
