I am taking part in NWTC Sky Dive fundraiser to raise funds for Mind Charity.

Mind charity is a Charity close to myself, and my Family. Mental health is something that needs to be addressed. throughout my studies in secondary school and university I suffered from feeling overwhelmed and anxious due to having dyslexia and feeling as though I would never be successful. Other personal issues required me to go through counselling of which had a strain on my mental health. My mental health is a lot better and I am extremely grateful.
