The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep the helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.

My family have experienced firsthand the incredible work Wales Air Ambulance do, so I want to help support and keep this vital service in Wales.

To help raise funds, I will be completing the Shropshire Olympic Triathlon on Sunday 31st August 2025. The event consists of a 1.5km outdoor swim, a 40km bike, and a 10km run. Anyone who knows me will know that I did not swim or cycle until February 2025, so this is quite the challenge for me!

Any donations received will be hugely appreciated personally, and massively impactful to the work of Wales Air Ambulance.
