In March 2026, we will be hosting Fallow Management’s Tommy Sleepout Challenge, inspired by the official Great Tommy Sleep Out. We will be hosting a team sleep-out for one night to raise awareness and vital funds for Royal British Veterans’ Enterprise (RBVE).

Fallow Management was founded in 1988 by our parents, both former serving members of the Army, and the military community has remained part of our story ever since. Many members of our wider teams have served or come from military backgrounds, and we understand the challenges that can follow life after uniform.

Our Tommy Sleepout Challenge is about giving up comfort for one night to stand in solidarity with veterans who face homelessness, isolation, and significant challenges when transitioning back into civilian life.

This cause matters deeply to us - not just as a business, but as people.

Across the UK, thousands of veterans experience housing insecurity, mental health challenges, and barriers to employment. Our Tommy Sleepout Challenge exists to highlight these realities and to fund practical, long-term solutions.

RBVE supports veterans by providing:

• Safe homes and emergency accommodation

• Mental health and wellbeing support

• Employment training, jobs and career pathways

• A strong sense of community and belonging

Every donation made through this page goes directly to RBVE to help fund these essential services and ensure veterans receive the dignity, care and opportunities they deserve.

• £5 helps provide hot drinks, hygiene essentials and frontline support

• £10 helps fund meals, travel to interviews and mental health outreach

• £20 can provide a night of safe accommodation or specialist coaching

• £50 supports vocational training and emergency assistance

• £100 helps fund multiple nights of shelter or a full employment-readiness programme

Each contribution, no matter the size, plays a part in helping veterans rebuild stability, confidence and independence.

Last year, Fallow Management’s Directors took part in the RBVE Chairman’s Great Tommy Sleep Out, raising over £5,000 for veteran support, and this year we are committed to going even further, hosting our own group sleep out event at our HQ in Rainham, Kent.

This challenge reflects our values of care, responsibility, and community - and our belief that businesses can, and should, make a positive difference when they can.
