SAS March over Pen-y-Fan Brecon Beacons · 5 July 2025

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

I'm taking on a challenge as a tribute to the awesome determination of my niece Eve who, in November 2024, sadly lost her fight against cancer at the age of 13.

I'll be taking part in the SAS selection test march on July 5, 2025 over Pen-y-Fan in the Brecon Beacons also known as 'The Fan Dance' to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.

The march is organised and run by ex-service personnel and I’ll be carrying an army bergen loaded with kit of 35Ib over 14.9 miles up to 2,907 feet above sea level.

Nothing can replace Eve or the hole she left in the lives of family and friends, but I’m determined that her memory creates a legacy. Please give whatever to you can to improve the lives of young cancer sufferers and their families.

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page.
