We all are taking part in this year's Original Fan Dance: The Legendary SAS Selection Challenge in aid of motor neurone disease, a cause that touches far too many families, and the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation https://www.myname5doddie.co.uk

We all know someone who's been sadly affected by this disease and we want to raise as much money as possible towards this cause, and to help find a cure.

The Fan Dance is a 24km endurance march across the rugged heights of Pen y Fan, the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons. It's the SAS selection route and involves tough ascents, rocky terrain and unpredictable weather.
