Story

Fans of Croydon FC are doing a sponsored 11 mile walk from Croydon Sports Arena to Mile End Stadium where Croydon FC are away to Soul Tower Hamlets in the Southern Counties East Football League First Division - on Saturday, 26th October.

We are doing this to raise money for one of Croydon FC's partnered charities, Reedham Children's Trust.

Reedham Children’s Trust provides support for vulnerable and disadvantaged children and has done so for 175 years. They collaborate with grassroots organisations and schools and offer practical, emotional and inspirational support, helping to raise aspirations and transform the lives of vulnerable children.

Education offers one of the strongest routes out of poverty, and educational opportunity is at the core of their work. They invest in young people who need help: with projects ranging from funding places at nurturing boarding schools, to offering programmes in day schools and the community aimed at developing leadership, confidence and resilience. They support them through a relationship that spans the length of their school years – empowering these young people to achieve a brighter future.
