Every Year 80 teams from across JLR embark on Elan Valley in Wales for a weekend of camping and gruelling activities. It will cover at least 15 -20 miles of trekking and activities on the the way which will be timebound to 10 hours.
This year our team called modern luxury ramblers will involve Jo Haystead, Farida Lockhat, Lisa Taverner, Simon Hemming, Ben Irons and Manuel Poncheux. The challenges ahead will be physically and mentally tough but we are a strong team and are keen to make a difference for the Azaylia Foundation.
The Azaylia Foundation was founded by Ashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee after losing their 8-month old “little lion” Azaylia Diamond
Cain to AML (acute myeloid leukaemia) in April 2021. During her fight against cancer, Azaylia lit up the world with her beautiful smile,
bravery and perseverance, giving people everywhere hope and inspiration.
