15 for 15 - 15 rules to break for the children to make their Headteachers jump 15,000 feet in a skydive.

15 for 15 - The children of Farnborough Road Schools are breaking 15 rules on a Break the Rules Day whilst their Head teachers Miss Sephton and Mr Antell are jumping 15,000 feet in a Skydive. · 21 June 2025
Miss Sephton and Mr Antell, the Headteachers at Farnborough Road Infant School and Farnborough Road Junior School are raising money for a charity very close to our hearts, Elsie's Story.
Last July one of our pupils Elsie-Dot Stancombe sadly died in the Southport incident.
It was an absolute privilege to be part of Elsie's learning journey at Farnborough Road Schools. Elsie was such a charismatic, determined young lady who always had an infectious energy and a sparkle in eye.
Elsie's story is such a wonderful charity that is determined to make positive things emerge from this terrible tragedy and make a positive and long-lasting change to the town of Southport. We want to show our 100% commitment and support the work that they are determined to do, so that our Southport children who have been affected by this incident or other things in their lives grow up to be strong, resilient young adults.
Elsie is our inspiration and we want to honour her memory and celebrate her incredible spirit.
She would love the fact that her head teachers were jumping out of a plane for her!
Clearly, we will both be very scared, but we hope that we can help Elsie's Story raise a lot of money for an incredible cause!
